Healing for Men Aftercare Group
Virtual Weekly Meetings Mondays, 6:30-7:30 CST
The Healing for Men Aftercare Group is a 10-week recovery process designed to build on the principles you learned while at Bethesda. Specifically, this program will take the skills and tools you learned in the workshop and help you begin to implement them in real life situations. Best of all, you will not take this journey alone. Recovery is a process that takes continued effort, practice, and honest feedback from trusted companions who truly understand. These first 10 weeks after the intensive are critical in helping reinforce the new patterns of thinking, feeling, and doing that turn recovery into healing.
I hope you consider participating in this 10-week experience of examining your story in a caring community of brothers whose recovery goals are like yours. As you already experienced the intensive, it is in this sacred space of honest relationship where the healing work of recovery truly happens, and I am honored to share this space with you. I look forward to being a small part of the transformation that is already happening in your life as we work this aftercare program together.
